As the Learning & Performance Development (LPD) team for BTO, a key part of our strategic mandate is to enable and accelerate the Business Transformation and Operations (BTO) human change process, and as well, the performance development practices and skills development for key BTO capabilities.
From a human change management (HCM) perspective, we directly support a number of BTO strategic transformation programs in various human change practitioner roles, and we are also running a strategic transformation program that aims to build BTO human change leadership and management capabilities.

You're a strategic thinker with mastery of the change principles, processes, behaviours and skills necessary to effectively identify, manage, initiate and influence change, and manage and support others through it. In this role, you will help to advance our strategy towards an envisioned future wherein:
* BTO consistently and thoughtfully implements changes with a high degree of success
* Organization-wide standards, processes and tools for HCM are broadly deployed
* HCM measurements are routinely used to monitor how successful change has been
*Here's how*
* Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to lead and execute the HCM strategy for a key strategic and transformational program
* Creates and leads the execution of the Sponsor, Learning, Communications, Coaching and Resistance plans in support of the transformational program
* Partners with the program team to conduct a high level assessment of needs, approaches, design and delivery methods for the implementation of learning and communication solutions to meet business needs
* Play a key role on the HCM program itself in the design, development and launch of standards, processes, tools and programs to help strengthen our organizational HCM maturity

* Recognized for leading or co-leading complex and large scale transformation programs with significant human change scopes
* Valued for your strong knowledge of human change frameworks, principles and methodologies
* Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
* Acknowledged for exceptional collaboration, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills, including compelling storytelling and presentations to executive level audiences
* Regarded for having a strong business acumen combined with an innovative and process improvement mindset
* Prosci Change Management Certification or certification in related discipline
* Known to be highly proficient with Microsoft (MS) Office and Google G Suite: PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, Project
* Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master in Organizational Development/Leadership degree (or related discipline)
