As a Customer Service Representative you will offer service and support to our customers, while building positive relationships, and achieving strategic objectives. **Note*: This is a temporary part-time position, Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 4:30pm, June through September 2018.
* Acting as an engaging and friendly initial point of contact for customers in person, via telephone or email.
* Providing effective and responsive service to existing customers.
* Working enthusiastically with customers to resolve problems and potential problems in a positive and mutually agreeable manner while maintaining the customer's positive relationship with TELUS.
* Assisting with purchasing, receiving, and inventory control.

* Your passion for high quality, dedicated customer service is crutial to this role.
* You have a willingness to take ownership of a customer's problem and a desire to ensure that the client's problems and concerns are resolved in a mutually satisfactory manner.
* With your readiness to undertake marketing and billing inquiry tasks.
* You have strong Personal Computer navigational skills, keyboarding skills and demonstrated experience with computer operating environments, including Cloud-based applications.
* Your attention to detail and maintaining a high degree of accuracy is important.
* You have the ability to effectively compile information, analyze data and make sound judgments.
* You are fluent in English, with demonstrated professional oral and written communications skills.
* You're self-motivated, and work well with minimal or no direct supervision.
* Your have a proven ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required.
* With your ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments.
* You're able to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced changing environment.
* You possess a solid ability in planning and organizing to meet scheduled deadlines.
* You're dedication to continuous learning and you demonstrate the capability to learn and apply learned skills to related situations and complete and pass all related exams.
* Will need to meet applicable testing requirements.
