Job Description





We are looking a highly motivated and talented Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will handle customer service and order entry around the world for FLIR IIS. They will respond to emails from internal and external customers, manage the order entry process and order entry follow ups which include working with: Accounting on credit and financing for customers, Shipping on logistical issues, Planning on manufacturing dates, Product Management and Marketing on customer-facing information and product knowledge, and the customers on exemplary customer service.




Detailed Description:



+ Prepare official quotes


+ Enter orders and payment details


+ Send order confirmations to each client and track orders through to delivery


+ Support the Inside Sales and Sales Operations Teams


+ Manage and clean data as needed


+ Provide excellent internal and external customer service


+ Manage and maintaining long term relationships with existing clients


+ Build new customer relationships


+ Educate potential customers about our innovative industrial camera systems as needed


+ Provide product specification and pricing information


+ Verify order entry and compliance with FLIR standards


+ Manage and distribute incoming emails





Requirements:



+ Post-secondary diploma or degree


+ 1+ years' experience in Customer Service


+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Word


+ Experience with SAP SD


+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM





Preferred Skills/Experience:



+ Experience with working in high-tech manufacturing


+ Familiarity with camera technology and terminology
