Health Business Consultant II (Clinical Analyst) - TELUS Health

Our mission is to enable healthcare transformation by providing innovative and proven solutions for managing, coordinating and delivering sustainable, high quality care. Using our proven integrated technology and consulting services, we eliminate barriers to access to information across the care continuum to empower consumers and help shift the focus of care from remediation to prevention and wellness.
One key initiative TELUS Health is working on is with the provincial health sector to expand the use of the TELUS remote patient monitoring application within the province. The initiative is aligned with the overarching provincial strategy to improve health-related outcomes for patients and reduce demand on acute services through integrated, community-based health care and support services.
The remote patient monitoring application provides patients with remote monitoring device kits that enable them to monitor their health conditions at home, while staying connected to a care provider. With the support of their care provider, clients gain the tools, skills and confidence needed to effectively manage their conditions, resulting in improved patient health status, while also benefiting the health system.
Project workstreams will focus expert resources on developing coordinated project components, including: Project Management, Clinical Assessment and Enablement, Systems Development, Operational Implementation, Asset Management, Security and Privacy, and Program Evaluation.
