The Consumer & Small Business (CSB) organization is looking for two experienced Marketing Managers to lead our Go To Market activities supporting our Home Solutions portfolio of Internet, phone, video, and mobile services. One role will support our efforts to acquire new customers, the other will focus on delivering more value to our existing base of customers.

As the Manager - Marketing for Go-To-Market, you will unify teams across TELUS and our partners to deliver marketing tactics that acquire & retain subscribers, improve customer experience, and most importantly, satisfy customers who will recommend our services to their friends and family. Focus areas include:
* Leading the planning and strategy for large, quarterly campaign activity
* Leading end to end go-to-market activities by collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring alignment of key messaging and positioning across all channels
* Developing strong cross functional partnerships across the company, specifically with customer facing/supporting functions to deliver game changing TELUS products and services
* Analyzing results and customer insights into actionable requirements to drive continuous improvement
* Solving complex and ambiguous problems and then recommending actionable solutions that you'll implement

* Acting quickly and decisively, addressing issues before they become problematic
* Building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization including technical teams, all sales channels, technician, products development teams, product managers and more
*You're the missing piece of the puzzle*
* 5 years' marketing or relevant experience
* Strong competency in customer & sales focus, continuous change & improvement, relationship building & influencing, results focus and inspirational leadership with our partners
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication and negotiation skills, as this role will interact with a variety of management levels including executives
* Ability to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing business environments with extreme time constraints and deliver high quality results
* Proven track record of defining, executing and optimizing go-to-market initiatives
* Excellent consumer instincts - know what customers care about and how our services can make a difference in their lives
* Challenge the status quo by experimenting with new approaches, tools and techniques to better understand our customers and ways to improve our business bottom-line
* Lead campaigns including risk assessment and resolution, stakeholder updates on progress, documentation & testing
* Analyze results and customer insights into actionable requirements
* Understanding of TELUS products & services
* Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business
