Position Overview:
Are you an exceptional leader that is excited to bring your creative thinking and program management skills to help take our high performance culture to the next level?
In this role within the Customer Project Management (CPM) team, you will lead a team of experienced project management professionals who drive positive business outcomes on large, complex customer facing projects for our Enterprise & Mid Market customers in Business Solutions West. You enjoy driving transformational change, ongoing process improvement, bringing innovative approaches to long term challenges, and you have a strong bias for action. You will also work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization to deliver key strategic or transformational initiatives.
Customer Relationship & Solutions Management (CRSM) Spotlight:
The Customer Relationship & Solutions Management (CRSM) team is responsible for supporting Business Solutions West's largest customers.
From ownership of our deal pursuit and bid processes, through to technical solutioning, project management and managing customer relationships, the team focusses on accelerating our capability to support our business products and services, while taking ownership of account profitability and driving best-in-class revenue assurance practices for the mutual support of both our customers and our business.
You will be part of our Customer Project Management team within CRSM - a team charged with delivering economic returns through exceptional capital & profitability management, driving exceptional customer business outcomes for our valued customers and directly impacting TELUS' financials.

* Experience and success in leading a team of management professionals to achieve breakthrough results
* Passion for customers and for improving the customer experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; and confidence in influencing senior leaders and executives
* Extraordinary analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; you're recognized as a collaborative teammate
* Track record of leading operational improvements through team member engagement, process simplification and cost optimization
* Strong understanding and experience of critical metrics and key performance drivers and controls
* Composure and poise when dealing with complex, customer issues or concerns
* Excellent financial acumen
* 5-8 years' in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
* Passion for working in a dynamic, high performance culture
* An innovative nature and excitement about finding better ways to do things
* Exceptional understanding of project management best practices
* Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile team environment
* Expertise in using Microsoft (MS) Excel for data analysis & MS PowerPoint for executive level presentations
Great-to-haves
* Previous experience in operations management
* University degree
