The TELUS Consumer Health team will focus on empowering Canadians to take control of their health and the health of their loved ones with the right information, tools and support they need to live healthier and happier lives. * Contribute to the strategic planning process and execution of program initiatives
* Work with cross-functional TELUS teams to deliver upon end-to-end marketing requirements, including GTM, sales and support activities
* Support the development of marketing strategy campaigns, programs and/or initiatives
* Execute on marketing campaigns to drive sales of products and services in target markets; be prepared to trial different approaches to determine the optimal methods
* Support various ad-hoc requests from leadership team and key stakeholders
*Required Knowledge:*
* Knowledge of Canadian healthcare environment is an asset
* Knowledge of current TELUS assets/teams on the Consumer and TELUS Health and Payment Solutions businesses is a strong asset
*Required Skills & Abilities:*
* Strong quantitative analytics and problem solving skills including financial assessment skills
* An entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership, and responsibility for the business
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives in the portfolio and work within an environment of rapid change
* Strong relationship management and collaboration skills including the ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence & across geographies
* Continuous improvement mentality - challenging the status quo
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results
* Experience working with agency stakeholders to bring marketing initiatives and campaigns to life
*Required Professional Designation/Certification:*
* Bachelor of Commerce or similar post-secondary degree with a business or marketing emphasis
*Required Experience:*
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, products & services and/or strategic planning, preferably in the telecommunications, technology or health industry
