The Business Systems Transformation & CRM Enablement Team is a shared service team that focuses on supporting the core of the Sales, Marketing & Care automation strategies within TELUS business teams. We have implemented a sales automation SaaS platform, (SFDC), to support our sales automation initiatives.
Our team will ensure that the business organization is maximizing the usage of the automation technology and delivering stakeholder value. In this role, you will work with management and end-users to determine business requirements, provide administrative support and design/implement solutions on the platform. You will also play a key role in resolving complex technical defects on the platform that involve custom coding and visual force.
*Here's how*
* Administering functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, report and dashboard development, technical system issues, etc
* Resolving complex technical defects that involve coding/triggers and visual force
* Working with project teams to implement functionality into SFDC (via coding, configuration, workflows, validation rules, etc.)
* Regularly performing database de-duping and cleanup procedures
* Managing ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users through cases in SFDC
* Developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
* Developing training materials, and documentation for cross team knowledge
* Implementing future releases/enhancements on team's roadmap
* Monitoring user adoption rates and responding as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve
* Working with various functions and end-users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes
* Working across functional teams to integrate internal systems/database and other cloud applications into SFDC
*Required Certification & Experience:*
* experience with configuration, Apex classes, and Visual Force
* Education in Business or Computer Science or a related field with certified SFDC system administrator (advanced preferred) and minimum of 3-5 years' as a SFDC system administrator
