We are a small highly diverse team providing front line technical customer support for Internet, TV, and phone services.

We provide support and previsioning for all customer premise equipment and we get to test and try out new products.
This position requires flexible availability Monday to Sunday, 6am to 8pm and on-call rotation.

Helping customer's solve their technology issues, configuring equipment, monitoring our network, and working with the team to track and manage reliability metrics.
